Our system has been allocated limited funds of £96,000 in 2016/17 for this purpose. This funding provides a unique opportunity to drive some of the ambitions set out in the GPFV in Westminster. In particular, the funding will allow us to develop new ways of working in partnership with and across practices to build the capacity and capabilities of primary care needed for our local population and improve care and reduce variability for patients.
The timescales for this funding bid are short with a closing date of 13th January 2017, but if you would like some support then please get in touch with CLH email@example.com.
CLH will also be submitting a bid based on resourcing the GP Support Unit to help all Member practices, for example back office services, diagnostic services, practice management capacity support etc.
