Central London Healthcare is a community interest company formed in 2006, which is owned and run by local primary care clinicians as a not for profit company to improve health and well-being in Westminster.
As a GP Federation, Central London Healthcare acts as a Clinical Coordination Centre referring, supporting and caring for Westminster patients by linking them with local healthcare providers including General Practitioners, hospitals, community clinics and other healthcare professionals.
Central London Healthcare has an elected Executive Board of Directors which is made up of GPs, Practice Managers and Practice Nurses from member practices as well as a patient representative. Each Central London Healthcare GP practice has an elected representative on the CLH council who attends the organisation’s Annual General Meeting.

The Care Coordination Service, developed by Central London Healthcare, supports proactive care planning within Central London's General Practices to help patients improve or maintain their health and well being. A constantly evolving model and an innovative first step towards integrated care in Central London.
Primary Care Plus (PCP) Mental Health Service is a new service provided by Central London Healthcare. The team provide support to people with mental health related conditions ranging from mild depression to more serious conditions.
CLH are a provider partner in the Community Independent Service (CIS), an integrated health and social care service aimed at helping avoid hospital admissions and reducing dependency on long-term services.
The CLH GP Network Team are dedicated to supporting our member General Practices in providing an excellent standard of Primary Care across Central London.
